About Us

Summit Elementary is located on the west side of Bloomington off the I-69 corridor. Established in 2005, Summit Elementary is a diverse school serving a dynamic and collaborative community. Our school is proud to serve 580 students from a diverse background of socioeconomic, ethnicities, cultures, and religions. We serve our population by providing a variety of educational opportunities that reach the whole child. Summit also provides a growing Dual Language Spanish Immersion program. Our faculty believes we need to provide rich educational opportunities that enhance the academic, social, and emotional needs of every child.
